Photo and Media Release Agreement

1. Grant of Permission

I grant Studio Kamel Dance Studio (“Studio”) the irrevocable right to photograph, record, and/or film me during classes, events, or activities.

2. Use of Media

I authorize the Studio to use, reproduce, edit, and publish such photos and videos for lawful purposes, including but not limited to:

• Website content
• Social media
• Marketing and promotional materials
• Advertising

3. No Compensation

I understand that I will not receive compensation for the use of these images or recordings.

4. Ownership

I acknowledge that all photos and videos are the property of Studio Kamel Dance Studio.

5. Waiver of Claims

I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished media and release the Studio from any claims arising out of the use of such media, including claims for defamation or invasion of privacy.

6. Opt-Out Option

During booking, you may choose to opt out of being photographed or recorded by unchecking the photo release consent. If you do not opt out, consent is granted by default when you agree to this release.

7. Electronic Signature Consent

I agree that selecting “I Agree,” checking a box, or typing my name constitutes a legally binding electronic signature.
