What are credits?+
Each credit gets you into one class. Membership credits refresh monthly. Credit pack credits never expire. If you attend more classes than your plan covers, additional drop-ins are discounted based on your tier.
Do credit pack credits expire?+
No — credit pack credits never expire. Use them at your own pace. Membership credits refresh each billing cycle but don't roll over.
Can members buy credit packs too?+
Absolutely! If you run out of monthly credits, buy a credit pack to top up. All credits go into the same balance and work identically for booking.
What about events?+
Events are priced separately. Any member discount shown at checkout comes directly from your current membership tier.
Can I switch plans?+
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your tier at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What's the cancellation policy?+
Cancel your membership anytime with no penalties or hidden fees. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. For individual bookings, we ask for at least 12 hours notice for a full credit refund.
