Terms of Service

Last updated: April 2026

1. Acceptance

By creating an account, registering for a class or event, or purchasing a membership at Studio Kamel, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

2. Memberships & Credits

Memberships are billed monthly and renew automatically until cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Credits granted with a membership do not roll over indefinitely — see your tier details for accumulation caps. Credit packs purchased separately do not expire unless otherwise noted at point of sale.

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel a class registration for a full refund (or credit return) up until the cancellation deadline shown on the class — typically 12 hours before start time. After that deadline, late cancellations and no-shows forfeit the credit/payment for that class. We reserve the right to charge a no-show fee per class policy.

4. Refunds

Refunds for one-off purchases are issued at the studio's discretion in accordance with the cancellation policy. Membership charges already collected are non-refundable except where required by law. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.

5. Conduct

You agree to follow studio rules, treat instructors and other students with respect, and accept the studio's right to remove you for misconduct. Repeat or serious violations may result in account termination without refund.

6. Liability & Risk

Participation in dance classes carries inherent physical risk. Before your first class, you must sign the Waiver and Release of Liability. That document governs all liability between you and the studio.

7. Account & Termination

You are responsible for keeping your login secure. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from the dashboard.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
